In yet another crime, a woman was set ablaze by a man. This incident took place in Pahadi Shareef police station area.
According to the details, Mamata had got married to Narasimha six years back. She has three daughters. Mamata had come to her parent’s place. Her beau, Santosh came to her house when she was alone. He poured petrol from the window and set her ablaze.
It is reported that Santosh had continued to love Mamata even after her marriage with another man Quite often, he used to threaten Mamata that since she did not marry him, he won’t allow her to lead a peaceful life.
