The oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) conveyed a summary in which it was clearly stated to increase the price of all petroleum products except high speed diesel oil to the ministry of petroleum and Natural resources on Monday. Bestowing towards the summary the regulatory has asked the ministry in power to rise the petrol price by Rs 4.26 per litre, high Octane by rupees &.30 litre, light diesel by 8 paisas abd kerosene oil by 67 paisas per litre. The oil gas and regulatory authority (OGRA) has also stated to decrease rates of high speed diesel oil by 60 paisas per litre. The eventual prices will be passes after the consultation of ministry of finance with the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. New rates to be applicable from July 1. It is also said that this summary from OGRA may be turned down.
