Jaipur: A 30-year-old labourer has allegedly raped a five-year-old girl in Chittorgarh district in Rajasthan, police said on Thursday. The labourer was working at a construction site near the tenement where the girl lived with her parents. He allegedly lured that girl away to a deserted place and committed the crime, news report said.The alleged rapist Dalu Bheel was arrested on Thursday. The police have taken him into custody under section 376 of IPL. He was also charged with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.According to in-charge of Chitragarh police station Shailendra Singh, Bheel lured the girl away while she was at a shop in Gandhinagar area.
