India has the 30,000 years old history and is the land of a huge number of cultures and civilizations. It has many ancient historical places which represent the old civilizations.   • TAJ MAHAL:

It is in the city of Agra. It was built in the Mughal era by Shahjahan for his beloved wife. It is the tomb of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is universally admired for its beautiful infrastructure and considered as a jewel of India.

  • RED FORT:

It is one of the ancient forts in the history of India. Mughal emperors used to live here. It lies in the heart of Delhi. It was also built by Shahjahan 200 years ago. It is called a red fort because of the beautiful red sandstone walls.

  • JAISALMER FORT:

As the name indicates it is in city Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. It is known for its delicate architecture and beauty. it was built by a Rajput king Rawal Jaiswal in 1156 AD. The fort walls appear yellow in daylight while gold at night time hence giving a camouflage appearance.

  • HAMPI:

It is known as the world’s heritage site by UNESCO. It is in Katarnakta. The ruins of Persian and European empires are left here. It is considered as one of the oldest cities of India. A lot of carved stone structures are found here. There is the evidence of Ashoka civilization here too.

  • GHATS OF VARANASI:

Varanasi is known as the spiritual city of India. This city 88 Ghats that flow in river Ganges. These Ghats were 1700 AD by Martha emperors. Most of the Ghats are puja and ceremony Ghats. Two of them are specified for cremation

  • UMAID BHAWAN PALACE:
