QUETTA – In an attack, 4 police officials including Assistant Superintendent (ASI) embraced martyrdom while 7 including Deputy Commandant of Frontier Reserve Police (FRP), Tariq Malik bore injuries in another attack in Peshawar.

As per the details, the explosion took place in the area of Hayatabad aiming at the car of Deputy Commandant FRP. The wounded were shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex in a serious condition. However, two police officials gave up to injuries in the attack.

Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS and Upper deputation of police reached the scene after the incident and cordoned the area.

Mian Saeed, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) revealed that the attack was a suicide blast and the suicide bomber was on motorcycle.
