LAHORE- Lahore High Court (LHC) has demanded an explanation from NADRA officials for note issusing identiry cards to overseas Pakistanis on time. Explanation has to be submitted in ten days.

Justice Farrukh Irfan headed the hearing in which the complainant’s counsels said that NADRA is not issuing identity cards to overseas Pakistani on time due to which the people are facing so many difficulties.

Justice Farrukh Irfan remarked that overseas Pakistanis are invaluable asset of the country. This is a matter of public interest and government should immediately solve the matter.

At the end of the hearing, the court adjourned seeking explanation from NADRA in ten days.
