ISLAMABAD-  A report was submitted to the inquiry commission on Friday revealing that Sindh is top in the list of provinces where Form 15 were missing in 45% of the polling bags.

The report further said that that forms were not found in 33% percent of the constituencies, 40% in PPP lawmakers constituencies and 28% forms were missing in the constituencies of PML-N.

It is pertinent to state that form 15 is a document maintained by returning officer (RO) and accounts for the ballot papers used, discarded or remained unused.
