A non bailable arrest warrant has been issued from anti terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday for Gulberg special investigation unit’s (SIU) inspector hussain mehndi for absence on regular basis from court hearings. Inspector Mehndi was appointed with an extortion case as investigative officer. Anti terrorist court number 9 held the hearing of the extortion case where criminals Maqsood Rana and Muhammad Shoaib were present also the counsels too. Nontheless the investigation officer was absent likewise in the past hearings. The court ordered SSP (senior superintendent of police) central to arrest ISU inspector and bring him before court on 23 July. these criminals are charged for demanding atleast RS 10 lac extortion money from a trader. The investigation officer is not coming before court for the past five months
