Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday asked for a reply against regarding registration fee on automobiles.

Azhar Sadiq, lawyer of petitioner argued in front of the court that the fees of registration fees should be taken separately from the price of automobiles.

“Such practices causes inconvenience for the citizens and these practices should be banned” he added arguing against the practice of Excise department of getting thousands of rupees form registration fee.

The court has ordered a reply to be submitted from provincial and federal government on June 18.
