Khizar Hayat, was a double homicide convict who killed his father-in-law and brother-in-law in 1997 in Khanewal’s are Abdul Hakeem over a small dispute of money.

Khizar Hayat was give death sentence by session court and his mercy appeals were rejected by other high courts and President. He was hanged in the supervision of local judicial officer.

After the medical checkup, his body was handed over to the relatives.
